Jennifer G. Sherer is Senior Vice President of FirstPathway Partners. Mrs. Sherer has assisted hundreds of immigrant investors through the employment-based fifth preference (EB-5) immigrant visa category regional center program. During her tenure, she has led families from all over the world in obtaining United States Permanent Residency. Mrs. Sherer is responsible for overseeing the full immigrant experience from initial inquiry through removal of conditions. In addition, she has lectured groups from all over the world on the program.
Mrs. Sherer manages daily company affairs, communication with immigration attorneys, formation of new commercial enterprise, leadership of support staff, reporting and special projects. She was also invaluable in the development of the original information management systems for the company and its affiliates. Her top priority has always been creating a smooth and comfortable journey to the United States for her clients.

As the daughter of an immigrant, Mrs. Sherer understands the challenges potential immigrants face. Her integrity, ethics, and knowledge echo this unique perspective. Mrs. Sherer’s experience integrating immigrants into the American culture positions her well in leading the outreach efforts of FirstPathway Community Development. Her continued outreach coordination with economic development agencies, nonprofit organizations, cultural preservation, community leaders, the arts, and the public, serve as a prelude to her current role. In her role as CDE, she will operate as the liaison between the management team and the Advisory Board, where she coordinates meetings with the AB and proactively seeks opportunity for outreach within Wisconsin and Illinois.
Mrs. Sherer graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, earning both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Journalism & Mass Communications.
